Changes to the complaints procedure
Due to changes brought in by the Localism Act 2011, Standards for England (previously the Standards Board for England) has now been disbanded and the Council has transferred its arrangements for dealing with member conduct to its Audit Committee.
What this means to you
If you wish to complain about the conduct of a member of South Bucks District Council or a member of one of our parish or town councils, you must submit your complaint using the complaint form below to -

The three stage complaints procedure is set out in the complaint form. If you make a complaint it must be about why you think a member has not followed the Code of Conduct.
