Off Street Parking Order - consultation

Car Parks

South Bucks District Council is consulting on the proposed Amendment to the Off Street Parking Order. The aim of the proposal is to enable effective management of the car parks to support the vitality of local towns and villages.

The proposed amendment will enable the Council to support all user groups, giving priority to short stay customers where parking is limited. It will also enable investment into the car park estate, particularly in relation to car park development to address supply and demand issues and increase car parking capacity, where appropriate.

The proposed amendment also gives consideration to discounted season tickets to further support residents and local workers.
