In March 2020 the government announced that they were allocating funds to each local authority to deliver hardship relief to council tax payers in their area due to the coronavirus. If you are experiencing difficulties in paying your council tax you can apply for support.
If you are already in receipt of council tax support, you would have automatically received a further council tax reduction from this hardship fund of up to £150.
