Creating your own My Account will provide you with a safe, quick and easy way to access your Council Services and your personal information. At the click of a button, anytime, anywhere you can view information about your services from the Council, report an issue or pay your bills. All you need to get started is an email address.

What is My Account?
My account is a secure web portal that allows Chiltern and South Bucks District customers to access a range of the council services and manage their payments with us.
It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week which means you can access your Council services and information at a time and location convenient for you. It is easy to use and free to register.
|Currently, you can access all the Waste Services provided by the Council. In next couple of months Licensing and Environmental Health Services will be added to My Account.|
Access to My Account Services
You can access your My Account Services at work, at home or on the move using a computer, laptop, tablet or a smartphone.
We are committed to protecting your privacy online and take every effort to ensure that your details are kept safe, secure and only used for specific lawful purposes. Data held in your My Account is held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
You can use your My Account for the following waste and recycling services and more...
- You can check your bin collection dates and check what should go in each bin
- You can report missed bin collections quickly and give feedback on our crews
- You can pay for your garden waste subscription quickly and easily
- You can request a smaller or larger bin
- You can request a bulky collection for unwanted furniture items, white goods or garden equipment
- You can ask for a street to be swept or a litter pick to be carried out
- You can report an abandoned vehicle
Creating My Account
Creating your My Account is easy. You just need to enter your full name, address, email address, phone number on the online form.
Once you have submitted the form you will receive an email to activate your account. Click on the link in your email to activate your account. If you can't see the email check that it hasn't gone into your "spam" or "junk" folder.
Once you have created your account you will be asked to create a password. Passwords should be a minimum of 8 characters and must contain a number and a mixture of upper and lower case letters.
You can then login, your account is now ready to use.
How to reset My Account password
If you need to reset your password, you just need to complete a simple online form and submit. You will then receive an e-mail guidance on updating password.
Access to online forms
When you have created you account you can access the online forms for waste services. Simply complete your service request and then track progress, add comments and keep a record of payments.
