Planning Advice

Before making an application there are a number of factors you should think about.
Constraints
Initially you are advised to find out if there are any Constraints that may apply to your site, such as Green Belt, protected trees, Listed Buildings, Conservation Areas, Flood Zones etc.
Policy
You must also take account of Local and National Planning Policies.

Do I need planning permission?
